  Spa Etiquette

Suggested customary gratuity is 15-25% on regular price.

• A 50% non-refundable credit card deposit will be taken when making any Spa Package appointment; deposit kept if there is not a 24-hour notice of cancellation or 24-hour notice of change of appointment.

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure a parking space in the lot and to complete your skin care profile.

• As common courtesy, if you are late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened to start the next guest on time.

• No additional discounts given off any spa package prices or series. Discounts off ala carte price only.

• All facials may be purchased in a pre-paid series of "Six get Seventh" facial free. Restrictions apply.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 About the Staff

San Diego native Michele Lee is back in town and has joined the Walden Ashe Skin & Body Spa Team! With over 25 years experience as a massage therapist and over 20,000 massages given, Michele is highly qualified to provide clients with a healing and pampering massage experience. From professional athletes to the elderly, it is Michele's goal to attend to the relaxation and therapy goals of each person she works with.
Michele is available Tuesday through Saturday by appointment.

Patience Ulstad has re-joined the Walden Ashe Skin & Body Spa Team! After a brief sabbatical to continue her growth as a holistic healer and Reiki Master, Patience has returned. A treatment by Patience leaves clients feeling clear, open and energized. Believing in an integrated approach, Patience applies an intuitive intelligence to the learned technique.
Patience is available Mondays by appointment.
